*New orders can be delivered typically within 5 to 10 days from ordering whilst stock levels allow - Please note certain configurations are running low given high demand for our tents.
A member of our team will contact you by email within two working days following receipt of your order to conclude availability and schedule a suitable delivery or collection date / schedule with you.
UK & IRELAND DELIVERIES
You may choose to have your Skycamp / XCover delivered to your home address nationwide for a rate that will be determined by your postcode location and advised during the checkout process on this website.
You may alternatively elect to collect your purchases free of charge from our Distribution Centre which is located near Edinburgh / Scotland.
For deliveries to your nominated address the goods will be delivered Monday-Friday, 0800-1800hrs, once the schedule has been concluded a member of our team will give you an on-line link to track the progress of the delivery once it has left iKamper's facility which will typically take 2-3 days to arrive. *Saturday, morning and timed deliveries can be arranged for additional fees, please let our representative know if you require this when they contact you to arrange the schedule.
If the Skycamp is part of your order then it will be delivered by truck roadside nearest your address via the Truck's rear tailgate; the Skycamp will be packaged in a box and strapped to a pallet, given it will weigh between 100 and 130kg (dependent on any ordered accessories packed inside) we recommend at least 2 able bodies to be in attendance to manoeuvre this and take delivery from the driver.
