Warranty

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, please . We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. contact iKamper UK by email sales@ikamper.uk.com 2 Year Warranty For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Extended 3 Year Warranty For 5 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at a minimum cost (production cost). Shipping is covered by the customer.

Shipping

iKamper rooftop tents are shipped via a Pallet Network, and we charge a rate of £160-£200 (incl VAT) to mainland UK addresses (postcode dependent) Accessories ordered at the same time as a roof top tent do not incur any additional shipping charge. When ordered separately, a shipping fee will be applied. Accessories are shipped via Parcelforce/UPS/FedEx or DX and we shall advise you tracking information upon despatch from iKamper's Facility. Shipping to Northern Ireland / Ireland and the Channel Islands will incur additional shipping costs of which Ireland will attract local import duties and VAT - iKamper Rep will be glad to clarify such upon receipt of your order. You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a 3.5% cancellation fee.
